Job Description of Project Manager

Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of productivity, quality control and establishment of project set for the Operations Department. Serve as a company representative.


  • Plan and review enforcing policies and procedures for a project.
  • Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
  • Forecast requirements.
  • Participate in multiple cross - functional project teams.
  • Supports project teams in monitoring the execution and progress of Web project deliverables and overall program elements.
  • Coordinate project meetings, communicates status, readiness, business issues , technical issues, resource requirements and their resolution across functional organizations and management.
  • Collaborate with Clients, web development and digital marketing team for successful delivery of project.
  • Identify and removes any impediments or obstacles that prevents the delivery team from attaining sprint goals
  • Report schedule progress, team status and issues to senior management
  • Mentor and educate team members regarding project.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, creativity, and innovation.
  • Coordinate and schedules the execution of delivery of multiple projects.
  • Create SRS (Software Requirement Specification) to distribute to various responsible teams.
  • Interact with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Will be responsible for meeting strict client deadlines and ensure projects are submitted on or before time.
  • Requirements

  • Qualification: Graduation
  • Experience: 1-2 Years.
  • Proven work experience as project manager
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Have to interact with IT Team for Project Delivery
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
